Booking Information
1) Please contact us to check on availability.
2) If you know the date you want to come and your chosen activity please complete our BOOKING FORM, and we will confirm availability back by return.
3) ALL our activities need to be pre-booked in advance; you cannot just turn up on the day.
4) You do NOT need to know your final numbers when booking, this can all be finalised on payment of final balance.
5) A £10 per person deposit is required within a few days of receiving your Activity Confirmation Sheet, the balance is due 7 days prior to the activity date.
6) Your final balance will be for the amount of people that are confirmed 7 days prior to the activity date, any deposits paid previously will be amended.
7) Oaker Wood Leisure cannot refund groups for any individuals that fail to show on the day.
