Details of Hire
Private Hire (unmanned by us).
You pay a set price for a unit for an agreed period of time. The unit is collected and returned by you (This only applies to A-Frame and Tiny Tots Bouncy Castles).
For the larger units we will need to come and deliver and collect the unit, so please contact us for a quote as this is extra on top of the hire cost.
If you select this option, you will then be responsible for the supervision of the unit when in use during the hire period at either private or public events.
Public use (manned by us)*
For public events, such as Shows and Fetes, you hire our inflatables for a set price, and for an extra cost (by quotation) we will man and run the inflatables for you, as well as bringing them out, erecting and returning them for you.
*This option is subject to availability of Staff; just ask us for a quote.
A deposit of £50.00 will be required against all the units, which will be refunded in full subject to the Terms and Conditions of the hire contract being complied with. For bookings in relation to a child's party below the age of 14, a deposit may not be required.
We carry a £5,000,000 full Public Liability Insurance subject to the Terms and Conditions of the contract being complied with.
Insurance
In the case of Public Events which are to be manned by Oaker Wood Leisure staff, you will be fully covered by our Public Liability Insurance. In the case of Private Hire, it is the responsibility of the hirer to check own insurance. Oaker Wood Leisure is only responsible in these events if it is proven that damage or injury is caused by defect/default of one of our inflatables.
Collection and Return of Inflatables
Full Day Hire Rate: In most cases it should be possible for you to collect your inflatable the day prior to your booking date and to return the day after booking date. If the inflatable that you have hired is due to go out to another hirer the following day to your booking date, we reserve the right to have it returned the evening of your booking date.
Inflatable Hire Price List
The following prices include Blowers, Extension Cables, and Safety Mats. Full day prices as shown below are based on collection Ex Bucknell. Our Inflatable Giant Slide and Obstacle Course and Extras would need to be Delivered, Erected and Collected, due to size (prices shown below are for hire only; delivery etc. is quoted on application). It is possible for us to provide a delivery, erection and collection service for all our Bouncy Castles, please contact us for quote.
